DIY - Fix your bissell if it doesn't aerosol band-aid any longer
Common problem with most Bissell Carpet Cleaners is that it stops spraying solution after a year or so. Here is how to fix it. Unclog the water heater mechanism. Clean water deposits and any buildup. Simple do it yourself fix!

Bissel Pro Heat Pet 8910 atom test
The Bissell ProHeat Pet 8910 has got Pros and Cons and fortunately all of the Cons are in the design and not the functionality of the unit. The spot we used as our first example really cleaned up very nicely, but the attachments are where the problem lies. The furniture attachment sticks out a good 6 inches from the side of the unit making close shaves of walls and furniture very difficult if not self destructive to the unit. BY DESIGN, the power cord and attachment hose tangle up if you remove or rewind the attachment hose while the power cord is out. Solution would have been to put the cord on the side not sticking out of the back/middle of the unit. FUNCTION 9 of 10 - DESIGN 4 of 10.
